The white-walled main gallery at Lumina Contemporary

See What's Showing

Contemporary art exhibitions — emerging and established artists from across the Southwest, shown in a space built to let the work breathe.

Our Gallery

A Space for Looking Closely

Lumina was founded in 2018 with a simple premise: art deserves room to breathe. Our 4,000-square-foot gallery space on East 2nd Avenue features 14-foot ceilings, north-facing skylights, and movable walls that adapt to each exhibition.

We show six exhibitions per year, each running eight weeks. Every show is accompanied by an opening reception, an artist talk, and a printed catalog. We believe the gallery experience should feel unhurried, personal, and deeply engaging.
