Our menu evolves with the harvests — rotating pour-overs, seasonal pastries, and espresso origins that change every few weeks.
Every Item on This Menu Has a Story
We don't offer a static menu because coffee isn't a static ingredient. Origins rotate as harvests arrive. Pastry flavors follow what's fresh at the Durango Farmers Market. Even our milk program changes seasonally — in summer, we source from a small creamery outside Bayfield.
Ask your barista about today's featured origin and what makes it special. That conversation is part of the experience.
