Elegant Catering Co. was born from a simple belief: that great food deserves a stage. Founded by Chef Elena Vasquez in 2011, we started with a 200-square-foot commercial kitchen and a conviction that Durango deserved catering that matched the grandeur of its landscape.
Today, our team of twelve culinary professionals serves over 120 events each year, from intimate dinner parties of twenty to wedding receptions of four hundred. Every menu is designed from scratch, every plate composed with intention.
We source our ingredients from over fifteen local farms and producers, ensuring that our food is not only beautiful but rooted in the community we serve.
