Sundays at 8:30 & 10:30 AM

There is a seat saved for you.

A neighborhood church in downtown Durango, gathered around the long table of grace.

Whether you've been going to church your whole life or you haven't set foot in one since you were a kid, we're glad you found us. Come as you are, ask the questions you've been holding, and stay for coffee on the porch after the service.

There is a seat saved for you.

Rooted in Durango. Sent into the neighborhood.

Grace Community Church has been part of Durango for thirty-five years — long enough to bury our elders, baptize their grandchildren, and still get the names right at the potluck.

We're a church that believes Sunday is the beginning of the week, not the end of it. What happens in the sanctuary is meant to spill out into school pickup lines, hospital waiting rooms, food-pantry parking lots, and the long, ordinary work of loving the people in front of us.

If you're new to faith, returning after time away, or somewhere in between — there's room for you here, and there's no test at the door.

Ways to belong.

From the nursery to the back pew, every season of life has a place at this table.

Sunday Worship

Two services at 8:30 and 10:30 AM. Familiar hymns, contemporary songs, honest preaching, and a welcome from the door to the parking lot.

Youth & Young Adults

Wednesday-night gatherings, summer service trips, and mentors who actually show up. For middle school through college years — and the parents trying to keep up.

Small Groups

Twelve groups meeting midweek in homes across town. Study, prayer, casseroles, and the kind of friendships that carry you through the years.

Kids' Ministry

Safe, joyful Sunday school for nursery through fifth grade. Trained, background-checked volunteers and a curriculum your kids will actually talk about in the car.

Neighbor Outreach

Monthly food pantry, the annual coat drive, Habitat for Humanity builds, and quiet partnerships with the Durango nonprofits already doing the work.

Music & Worship Arts

Choir, worship band, drama team, and visual artists. Bring what you love to make — there's a place for your gift in our Sunday gatherings.

Stories from the pews.

We visited Grace on a whim during a ski trip and felt so welcomed that we drove back the next Sunday. We moved to Durango six months later — partly because of this church.

Mark & Sarah Thompson

The small group ministry changed my life. When I lost my husband, those twelve people carried me through the hardest year of my life with meals, prayers, and friendship that didn't quit when the casseroles ran out.

Dorothy Hartwell

My teenagers actually ask to go to youth group. That tells you everything you need to know about the leaders here — they take our kids seriously and meet them where they are.

Carlos Ramirez

Come gather with us.

All are welcome — no RSVP required, but it helps the food planning.
