OUR STORY

One juicer, one farmer's market table, and a belief that real food can change how you feel every single day.

From Farmer's Market to Main Avenue

Pressed & Pure started in 2021 when founder Mia Chen began selling cold-pressed juices at the Durango Farmer's Market out of a cooler. Within three months, she was selling out every Saturday by 10 AM.

The demand was clear: Durango wanted real juice, not the pasteurized, sugar-added bottles on grocery store shelves. Mia invested in a commercial hydraulic press, partnered with three local organic farms, and opened the Main Avenue storefront in 2022.

Today, we press over 400 bottles per day, serve smoothie bowls and wellness shots, and offer cleanses that have developed a devoted following among athletes, families, and anyone who takes what they put in their body seriously.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

The principles behind every bottle.

Farm-First Sourcing

We buy from Colorado farms first. What we cannot source locally comes from certified organic distributors. We know where every ingredient grows.

Zero Waste Mission

Juice pulp goes to local composting programs. Glass bottles are returnable for a discount. We eliminated single-use plastics in 2023.

Radical Transparency

Every bottle lists the exact farm origin of its ingredients. We publish our sourcing report quarterly. You deserve to know what you are drinking.
