Founded on Excellence
Partners William Mercer and Catherine Hale founded the firm in 2004 after distinguished careers at Am Law 100 firms in Denver and New York. They brought institutional-quality legal practice to the Western Slope.
Today, the firm's four partners and six associates handle some of the most significant legal matters in the region, from multi-million-dollar commercial disputes to generational wealth planning for prominent families.
