Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We also offer sliding scale fees for those without insurance or with financial hardship. Please call us and we will help verify your benefits.

How long does therapy typically last?

It depends on your goals and the issues you are working through. Some clients achieve their goals in 8-12 sessions; others benefit from longer-term support. We reassess progress regularly and always involve you in that conversation.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. All of our therapists offer secure HIPAA-compliant video sessions. Many clients choose telehealth permanently for its convenience; others prefer in-person for the full therapeutic environment. You can switch at any time.
