Your First Visit

We make it easy to begin — and effortless to return.

  1. Book Online

    Choose a class or private session from our online scheduler. New clients start with an Intro Session.

  2. Arrive Early

    Come 10 minutes before your first class so we can walk you through the reformer and discuss your intentions.

  3. Move Mindfully

    Your instructor guides you through every exercise, adjusting for your body and correcting with care.

  4. Build Your Practice

    We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for optimal results. Monthly memberships keep your practice consistent.
