What to Expect
Our core breads are baked daily: sourdough, whole wheat, rye, baguettes, and focaccia. Seasonal specials rotate based on what's available from our grain suppliers and local farms.
We post the daily bake on Instagram by 6 AM. If you're coming for something specific, check first — some items sell out within the first hour.
Daily Bakes
Stone-ground wheat, Colorado wildflower honey, sesame crust.
French-style, baked three times daily.
Dark rye with caraway, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds.
Olive oil-rich, sea salt, fresh rosemary. Cut to order.
Soft sandwich loaf with golden raisins and Ceylon cinnamon.
