What happens during a free consultation?

Our 20-minute phone consultation is a chance for you to share a bit about what brought you to therapy and for us to answer your questions. There is no pressure or obligation. We use this time to find the therapist who is the best fit for your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna. We also offer a sliding-scale fee structure for uninsured clients or those whose plan does not cover mental health services.

How long are therapy sessions?

Standard individual and couples sessions are 50 minutes. We also offer 80-minute extended sessions for clients who prefer longer processing time, subject to availability.

Can I do telehealth therapy?

Absolutely. We offer HIPAA-compliant video therapy to anyone located in Colorado. Telehealth sessions are just as effective as in-person therapy and are available for all of our service types.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We typically have new client appointments available within one to two weeks. For clients with urgent needs, we do our best to accommodate faster scheduling. Contact us to discuss your situation.
