Our intake process is designed to be straightforward, warm, and pressure-free.

    We start with a complimentary 20-minute call to understand your needs, answer your questions, and match you with the therapist who is the right fit.

  2. Initial Assessment Session

    Your first appointment is a comprehensive intake where we explore your history, goals, and any concerns. This is your space to share as much or as little as you are ready for.

  3. Personalized Treatment Plan

    Together, we create a roadmap for your therapy — specific goals, preferred modalities, and a realistic timeline. You are always an active partner in your own care.

  4. Ongoing Sessions & Progress

    Regular sessions (typically weekly or biweekly) with ongoing check-ins on your progress. We adjust the approach as your needs evolve so your therapy stays effective.
