Event Spaces
Flexible by Design
The Grand Depot offers four configurable spaces that can be combined for large events or used independently for intimate gatherings. Every space includes in-house lighting, AV hookups, and climate control.
Our events team works with you to configure the perfect layout — from theater-style seating for 400 to intimate rounds of 8 for a seated dinner.
Our Spaces

The Main Hall
5,000 sq ft with 28-foot ceilings, original exposed brick, and industrial steel beams. Seats 250 for dinner or 400 for reception-style events.
River Terrace
2,400 sq ft outdoor terrace overlooking the Animas River. Perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or al fresco dining. Seats 120.
The Boardroom
Intimate 800 sq ft conference and dinner space with AV, whiteboard, and river views. Seats 30 for meetings or 20 for seated dinner.
Bridal Suite
Private prep room with full-length mirrors, vanity lighting, and a stocked refreshment bar. Available as add-on for any wedding package.
