Real Wood Smoke

Oak and cherry wood, 12-18 hours minimum. Our smoker never stops — because good BBQ can't be rushed.

Scratch Everything

Tortillas pressed daily. Sauces made from whole ingredients. Nothing opens from a can on our truck.

We sell out rather than serve old food. If you arrive late, follow us next time — or show up earlier.

Half pound of oak-smoked brisket, two sides, pickles, and white onion. The flagship.

Cherry-smoked pulled pork piled high on butcher paper. Topped with house vinegar slaw.

Smoked Half Rack — $22

St. Louis ribs, dry-rubbed with our 11-spice blend and smoked for 6 hours. Sauce on the side.

Brisket + pulled pork + one rib + two sides. The full experience.

Smoked Chicken Thighs — $14

Two spatchcocked thighs, crispy skin, smoky and juicy. Served with Alabama white sauce.

Burnt Ends Bowl — $16

Brisket point cubed and caramelized in BBQ glaze. Served over smoked jalapeño mac.
