Our Mission Is Simple
To provide compassionate, expert care that preserves dignity and brings comfort when it matters most.
To provide compassionate, expert care that preserves dignity and brings comfort when it matters most.
Solace Hospice was founded in 2008 by Dr. Catherine Reeves, a palliative care physician who saw firsthand how many families faced end-of-life transitions without adequate support.
After years in hospital-based palliative care, Dr. Reeves believed that patients deserved more than symptom management. They deserved a team that knew their name, understood their wishes, and honored their life story.
Today, Solace serves over 200 patients annually across the Four Corners region. Our team of 45 includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, counselors, and more than 30 trained volunteers who give their time because they believe in what we do.
Experienced professionals who lead with compassion.
