Rooted in the Land. Served at the Table.

Seasonal menus sourced from Colorado ranches, farms, and foragers. Every dish tells the story of the land it came from.

Our Approach

The Menu Follows the Season

At Root & Rafter, the menu changes when the ingredients do. We source from six Colorado farms, two ranches, and a network of wild foragers. Our chef visits each supplier monthly, and our servers can tell you exactly where every ingredient on your plate was grown.

Dinner is a four-course prix fixe with three choices per course. Sunday brunch is à la carte and features our famous sourdough pancakes and house-cured salmon.

The Sunday brunch is unmissable. The sourdough pancakes ruined all other pancakes for me.
