Still Point Yoga

Find Your Center

Mindful yoga, meditation, and breathwork in a space designed for stillness.

Our Approach

Yoga as a Practice, Not a Performance

At Still Point, we teach yoga as a path to self-awareness, not a competition. Our classes are intentionally small — 12 students maximum — so every practitioner receives individual attention and adjustments.

We offer classes for complete beginners through advanced practitioners. Whether you’re seeking physical challenge, stress relief, or a deeper meditation practice, there is a place for you here.
