Our Classes

Practice for Every Body

All classes are limited to 12 students. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Just arrive 10 minutes early and we’ll take care of the rest.

New to yoga? Start with our Foundations class on Saturdays. It’s designed specifically for beginners and moves at a pace that builds confidence.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-led practice that links posture to inhale and exhale. Builds strength, flexibility, and a steady focus that carries off the mat. Suitable for practitioners who have moved past the basics.

  • 60 or 75 minute sessions
  • All levels welcome with modifications
  • Heated and unheated rooms

Yin Yoga

Deep, slow holds that release the connective tissue beneath muscle. A meditative practice of stillness where each posture is held for three to five minutes, opening hips, spine, and shoulders.

  • 75 minute restorative sessions
  • Bolsters and props provided
  • Ideal pairing with active practice

Morning Meditation

A guided mindfulness practice to begin the day. Thirty minutes of breath awareness, body scan, and silent sitting in a quiet, candlelit room. No experience necessary.

  • 30 minutes, weekdays at sunrise
  • Cushions and benches provided
  • Drop in anytime

Private Instruction

One-on-one sessions in a tranquil studio, tailored to your body, your goals, and your pace. Especially valuable for those recovering from injury, refining alignment, or beginning a meditation practice.

  • 60 or 90 minute private sessions
  • Studio or in-home availability
  • Single sessions and packages
