Some flavors earn their permanent spot — our Strawberry Coral, Dark Chocolate Espresso, and Vanilla Bean are made every week without exception.
Seasonal Rotations
We partner with local farms to get produce at peak ripeness. When Palisade peaches are in, so is Peach Ginger. When they're out, it's off the board.

Strawberry Coral
Our signature flavor — fresh Colorado strawberries swirled into coral-pink cream. Sweet, tart, and iconic. $4.50
Honey Lavender
San Juan wildflower honey with culinary lavender. A pale purple dream — delicate, floral, and perfectly balanced. $5.00
Dark Chocolate Espresso
70% Valrhona chocolate with cold-brew espresso. Rich, bold, finished with Maldon sea salt. $4.50
Mango Tajin Sorbet
Alphonso mango with a house tajin-lime drizzle. Electric, dairy-free, and 100% vegan. $4.50
Salted Caramel Pretzel
Housemade caramel with crushed pretzel pieces and a salt-forward finish that keeps you coming back. $4.75

Palisade peaches slow-roasted with fresh ginger, folded into cream. Pure summer in a cone. $5.00
